Amazon announced today that Prime Instant Video will hence forth be the exclusive online streaming home of all 192 Episodes of the phenomenal political thriller ‘24’, in addition to the TV Movie ’24: Redemption’ and the upcoming ’24: Live Another Day’.
This announcement comes as part of Amazon’s licensing agreement with Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution. Brad Beale, Director of Digital Video Content Acquisition had this to say about the acquisition and Prime 24 viewers; “Whether they are hard-core Jack Bauer fans or just discovering the series for the first time, Prime members are going to love catching up on the previous seasons of ’24’ as well as ’24: Live Another Day.”

‘24’ has always starred Kiefer Sutherland as the indomitable agent Jack Bauer. The upcoming return event series “Live Another Day” will find Jack in London 4 years after his disappearance at the end of the eighth and final season of the main series. Producer Howard Gordon, Writers Evan Katz and Many Cato and director Jon Cassar are set to return for the new series along with Sutherland and Mary Lynn Rajskub as series fan favorite Chloe O’Brian.
‘Live Another Day’ will also include a whole new star studded cast including Benjamin Bratt, Yvonne Strahovski, Kim Raver, William Devane, Tate Donovan and Michelle Fairley. The New 24 series is set to return with its real-time, screen-splitting, political thriller heroics on May 5.
