Batman: Arkham Knight Dev Diary Explores Latest Trailer

In the last Batman: Arkham Knight trailer, entitled “All Who Follow You,” we were introduced to the many characters that follow the Dark Knight, and how their relationships will be push to the breaking point when the Scarecrow and other villains decide to deal with the Batman once and for all. In the first of many Arkham Insider dev diary videos, the Rocksteady team take us by the hand and show us what went into creating the latest trailer for one of the most anticipated games of the year. The Rocksteady team have been hard at work on the final installment of the Arkham franchise, and as a result everything in their offices are centered around the Dark Knight. The new Dual Play feature, which allows players to seamlessly switch between Batman and his allies Robin, Nightwing, and Catwoman, is designed to best illustrate the relationship between the characters, and with characters such as Azrael and the Arkham Knight, lines are blurred between friend and foes.

Speaking of the Arkham Knight, a mysterious armor clad character commanding an army to take down Batman, Rocksteady were eager to work in the Arkham lore to develop a completely original character, who despite working for the Scarecrow, has his own agenda and purpose to eliminating the caped crusader. Batman: Arkham Knight is set for release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC this June 23rd.
