Steve Rogers was born in 1920, frail but determined to serve his country, Steve attempted to join the army during World War II. However, due to his weak body he was unable to pass the requirements to become a soldier. However, after attracting the attention of those working on Project: Rebirth, in which he was injected with the serum to make him a Super Soldier, he emerged just that, reborn as a near perfect human.
