Many new characters were introduced in Captain America: Winter Soldier, and there are strong signals that one of them could be returning for another go around. Frank Grillo’s Brock Rumlow, also known as Crossbones could be returning for Civil War. Here a few tweets that surfaced this week:
A #civil-war is on the horizon. And it’s gonna be a free for all.

Rumlow recently showed himself as a HYDRA agent in The Winter Soldier and wrestled with a few of the heroes, particularly Falcon who is played by Anthony Mackie.
The Captain America: Civil War film synopsis reads:
“Following the events of the Age of Ultron, the collective governments of the world pass an act designed to regulate all superhuman activity. This polarizes opinion amongst the Avengers, causing two factions to side with Iron Man or Captain America, which causes an epic battle between former allies.”
So far the listed cast is Scarlett Johansson, Chris Evans, Robert Downey, Jr., Jeremy Renner, Sebastian Stan, Daniel Bruhl, Frank Grillo, Anthony Mackie and Chadwick Boseman. Captain America: Civil War will be making its way into theaters May 6, 2016.
