It was only a matter of time until the Star Wars franchise merged with Disney Infinity, and after a reveal not too long ago Disney is finally letting anxious fans see what they can expect from the title. Both Star Wars figures and a playset has been revealed, showing off Luke, Leia, Han Solo, Chewbacca, Darth Vader, and other familiar faces from the original trilogy — something a lot of fans were more than likely looking forward to. Rise Against the Empire is one of the three Star Wars themed playsets that gamers can get their hands on for Disney Infinity 3.0 and this, in addition to the others, will feature Star Wars fans’ favorite characters, or at least a handful of them.
In combination with the Twilight of the Old Republic playset — which will be centric on the prequel trilogy, and whatever might be planned for Star Wars VII Disney Infinity 3.0, this Disney Infinity in particular will have one of the bigger playable rosters for a Star Wars game ever released.
Rise Against the Empire Starter Pack comes with Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia Skywalker Organa paired with the original trilogy playset itself — all retailing at $64.99, which is cheaper than Disney Infinity starter packs in the past. In addition, the other Rise Against the Empire figures will be Han Solo, Chewbacca, and Darth Vader.
