Dizzy is a half-gear and half-human Commander Gear in the Guilty Gear game series. Dizzy has two types of wings, Necro (black) and Undine (white) which function as her systems. These wings allow Dizzy to transform parts of her body. Dizzy views her power as a burden and curse and isolates herself for fear of causing harm to others.
Rizzy no Okuni poses beautifully as Dizzy, with her dragon tail and beautiful black and white wings cascading softly behind her. The muted colors of the background she poses against really bring out the beautiful vibrancy of her cosplay.
