Christmas has come early to San Andreas with the Festive Surprise update just released for Grand Theft Auto Online! The surprise update comes with new masks, gear, vehicles and weapons of a holiday variety. Santa will be stocking the Ammu-Nation shelves with two special weapons for the good boys and girls of San Andreas. The new Homing Missile Launcher and Proximity Mines will be available for purchase during the event only, but will remain within your personal arsenal forever.
Additionally a number of holiday pajamas, ugly Christmas sweaters, scarves, hats, masks, and so much more festive attire will be available until January 5th. As was the same with last years event on random days snow will fall on San Andreas. Rockstar writes, “Be on the lookout and ready to round up your Crew for a friendly snowball fight, but be forewarned, those icy little suckers can pack a wallop.” Vehicles that will be available for the event are the Hot Rod Christmas Ratloader, the Slam Van, and two sports cars the Jester and the Massacro which come with new racing liveries.
