Harley Quinn is an amazing character to cosplay as. On top of there being a very large array of outfits that Harley sports, giving you ample room for choice and creativity, she also has a very quirky, adorable, albeit insane personality that would be tons of fun to recreate. In this cosplay, Zlata Glazunova perfectly masters the Suicide Squad version of Harley Quinn. She is gorgeous, sexy, and maniacal, just like Harley Quinn herself. Truly wonderful!
