Jesse Eisenberg has already had quite a career in his 31 years, with notable roles in The Social Network, Zombieland, Now You See Me, and The End of the Tour, which premieres at Sundance tonight. In the midst of shooting Now You See Me: The Second Act, Eisenberg talked with Variety about one of his largest roles to date.
Variety: “You just wrapped playing Lex Luthor in ‘Batman v Superman.’ Is your head still shaved?”
Jesse: “I can’t say anything about this stuff. They want all this to be a surprise.”
Variety: “Do you think you’ll play Lex again in a ‘Superman’ sequel?”
Jesse: “I would love to. It’s a great group and director, and the most ideal character to play.”
Rumor has it that Lex Luthor will appear as part of the supervillain ensemble in the upcoming Suicide Squad. We can’t wait to see Eisenberg play Lex in the upcoming Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice, which is slated to hit theaters March 25, 2016.
