The lovely Millia Rage is an assassin who fights with her magical hair as a weapon, already setting her apart as a standout character with only that trait. The sixth Forbidden Beast (which is a bio weapon that requires a human host, much like a parasite) and thus Angra was placed into her body forcibly, and Angra most notably inhabits her hair, bestowing upon it awe-inspiring power.
Cosplayer Kawaielli is a vision as Millia, with her long blonde hair coming to life, as she emerges from a completely black background, highlighting the aura of her cosplay with finesse.
