San Diego Comic-Con International brings all sorts of media giants who have future projects that they want to share with their fans. This includes everything from video game companies to comic writers and, of course, major movie studios. One film that is leaving a mark (literally) is Legendary Pictures’ Godzilla.
Legendary is known for many different movies, but they are making sure that the upcoming Godzilla remake will stand out in a big way at this year’s Con. The movie has a panel set for Saturday, July 19th. If that wasn’t big enough, they have taken over a warehouse near the convention center, adding some killer new art to the outside of the building. The art features giant claw marks that go across a decent amount of the building along with the Legendary logo.
Pictures of the painted building have already surfaced on Twitter. If it is an attempt to gain hype, they have succeeded!
Godzilla opens May 16, 2014 and stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Ken Watanabe, Elizabeth Olsen, Juliette Binoche, David Strathairn, Bryan Cranston and Sally Hawkins. Gareth Edwards directs.
