Major Motoko Kusanagi is a fictional and important character in the popular anime and manga series titled Ghost in the Shell. She is the squad leader of Public Security Section 9, which is a fictional law enforcement agency, based off of a real agency. She is very smart, powerful, and great at deductions and hacking. She is an augmented-cybernetic human who will take down anyone who stands in her way. She’s tough and strong and popular, cosplays are abundant of this boss lady but this one is one of our favorites.
